CANCELLATION PENALTIES

 

Cancel for no penalty prior to May 24, 2026.

Deposit of $400.00 penalty if cancelled between May 24, 2026 and June 27, 2026,

50% of total fare penalty if cancelled between June 28, 2026 and July 24, 2026.

75% of total fare penalty if cancelled between July 24, 2026 and August , 2026.

100% penalty if cancelled August 8th or after.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

The quoted price includes travel insurance.  We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons. 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.
